Do we need technical skills?+

No. If you can use email, you can learn this. The workshop is designed for non-technical teams. We start with the basics and build up.

What AI tools do we need?+

Whatever your team already uses or wants to try. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini all work. If nobody has picked one yet, we handle signup in the first 10 minutes.

What if our team has mixed skill levels?+

That's the norm, not the exception. The workshop is structured so the person who uses AI daily and the person opening it for the first time are both working on their own tasks at their own level. Nobody gets left behind or held back.

Will AI replace our team?+

89% of companies that adopted AI kept every employee (Asana State of Workplace Innovation, 2024). What changes is what they spend time on. Less manual work, more judgment work.

What if we already use AI daily?+

Then we skip the basics and spend the full session building advanced prompts and stress-testing them. Teams that already use AI get the most out of the pair-prompting and fishbowl exercises.

How long until we see results?+

Your team will use AI on real tasks the same day. Each person leaves with a specific task, a specific day and time to do it, and a buddy to check in with. Most teams report measurable time savings within the first week.

What about data privacy?+

No real customer data goes into AI tools during the workshop. We use anonymized examples. The prompts in your playbook use placeholder brackets, not real names or data.

Is this a CRA-deductible expense?+

AI Starter is a business training expense. Most businesses can claim it under CRA business deductions. Talk to your accountant for specifics.

Can you come on-site?+

Included if you're within 45 minutes of Milton, Ontario. Beyond that, there's a $300 flat travel fee. Or we do it on Zoom or Google Meet.

What does each person walk out with?+

A prompt playbook of 10 custom prompts built from your team's own real tasks, plus a 30-60-90 day adoption plan so the habit sticks after the workshop ends.

How does the usage guarantee work?+

It's a 30-day usage guarantee. If your team isn't using the prompts on real work a month after the workshop, I come back and run a follow-up session at no charge.

How big can the group be?+

Up to 25 people, priced in three tiers by team size: up to 6, 7 to 12, and 13 to 25. Smaller groups get more hands-on time per person.

What does it cost?+

Priced by team size: $997 for up to 6 people, $1,500 for 7 to 12, and $2,500 for 13 to 25. It's a half-day, hands-on, on-site within 45 minutes of Milton or remote.
